Flag or tackle football program cancelations may be requested up to the beginning of the WPYF / LMAA game schedule . A processing fee of 10% will be assessed for refund transactions before the start of practice and 20% between the beginning of practice and the beginning of the WPYF / LMAA game schedule.

Camp and clinic cancelations may be requested up to the beginning of the camp/clinic . A processing fee of 10% will be withheld from all refunds.

Refund requests outside the above stated policy may be considered at the discretion of the WPYF Board of Directors. 

All refunds are contingent on the return of all WPYF issued equipment.
